4 ways to make your website build amazing

If you’re considering working with us, here are some ways you can help us craft the best website possible for you

Typically we schedule web design projects 1+ month away to give you enough time to consider and gather all of the content you want on your website. Giving yourself the gift of 1-2 mornings, afternoons, or evenings (whatever works best for you!) to collect your content and reassess your decisions each week before your design week arrives can do wonders for your website and your business success. We provide you with checklists and guides to help you through this collection process!
We know you probably can’t devote all of your time to your website during your build week, but try to be as gentle on yourself as possible during this time and don’t schedule extra commitments. Try your best to be present and mindful during the process. Remember that we’ll be sending you website drafts to request edits that need to be completed before specific days and times. Your response is crucial during these times so that we can craft the absolute best website we can for you! (Note: if you need specific days “off” or “on” during a typical week, please let us know as soon as possible, preferably when we are first scheduling your build week)
We’re passionate about helping you feel taken care of, organized, and filled with as much ease and flow as possible while planning your website. We’ll do our best to communicate with you at every step along the way - before, during, and after your website launch - and provide you with clear guidance for your responsibilities (and how to fulfill them!)
In alignment with our web design policies, we are thrilled to offer you 2 complimentary weeks of 1-on-1 tech and website support via email after we deliver your completed website. We will also provide you with all of the guides and tools you might need to manage your completed beautiful website yourself going forward, so you’re empowered to make edits, updates, and changes as you need to without spending additional money and resources on continuous site management.
Let us know if you are interested in site management retainer services where we can help manage your site together with you for a monthly or annual fee.
Incidental assistance or support (outside of the included support specified in our terms) is also available at a rate of $70/hour.

In most situations, we are sorry, but the answer is no.
We’ve found that when website edits are drawn out and editing time is extended, the likelihood of overthinking everything can lead to many unnecessary website delays. We know personally all too well how imposter syndrome, procrastination, and fear of rejection can get in the way of an otherwise awesome project and mission!

We can pull content from your current site and add it to your new site, no problem. We may still ask you for the raw photos, logos, and other content to more effectively add these things to your new site. If you have a website, we can help you to know when to transfer your domain name to your new website for a smooth launch.
(this information only applies to custom web design services. If you purchase one of our templates, we will not include your website content in your template without a web design plan)

YES! Absolutely!
One of the best features of a Squarespace website is it is so very easy to edit and use. We’ll go over everything you need to know about your new site (via zoom or email) and you’ll get to keep a recording showing you how to edit and manage your site as well as all of our Squarespace editing guide resources for your to feel completely confident and empowered to manage your own site after it’s designed.

I support you along the process and give you gentle but clear encouragement as you curate, create, and collect your website content along the way.
We understand things happen and life often gets in the way, especially when you’re taking a big leap forward towards your dreams.
That being said, please try your best not to procrastinate on getting all of your website content together, especially if you already have a design week scheduled with us.
If you’re really not ready, we can rebook your project at an available later date, subject to a rebooking fee of up to the total cost of the project. No refunds will be issued except in extreme circumstances, determined on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our refund policies and terms and conditions for additional information.

Your purchase includes a fully customized site from one of our premium templates OR up to a 5 page customized website if you provide the template.
If you choose from one of our templates, we can create a site for you with up to 10 pages!
If you provide the template from another designer, you are free to choose between a selection of pages (we can provide you with a list!) for your build and if we are able to, any fully customized pages over the 5 will occur an additional fee.

With a highly creative background and passion for the arts, and as an occupational therapist and highly sensitive and neurodivergent person myself, I respect, understand, and strive to empathize with the needs of all different individuals.
