Now, what you can expect:

Please allow up to 5 business days for your template to be delivered! Feel free to jump right into our branding resources below and select your colors, fonts, and photos in the meantime.

When you purchased this template, we asked for your Squarespace account log-in email address and website name/url if you have one. Your Squarespace email login doesn’t have to be, and mostly likely isn’t, the same professional email as your blog or website (i.e. hello@yourwebsite.com).

If you didn’t send us the correct Squrespace account email, let us know ASAP so your template can be smoothly delievered to you!

If you don’t have a Squarespace account yet, you’ll get an email prompting you to open an account when we attempt to share the template with you.

After we receive your order, we’ll send you an invitation link to be added as an admin to your brand new template! Keep an eye out for this email and accept the invite - this is how we’ll be able to get your template to you.

Remember, IF you already have an existing Squarespace website that you want the template added to, you need to fill out this form before we can deliver your template (psst this service also requires purchase of a template install add-on package)

After accepting the invitation link or adding us as a admin, we’ll deliver the template within 5 business days into your Squarespace account. When this happens, you’ll be able to edit it to your hearts content!

NOTE: when you receive the template, we recommend duplicating every page of the template (and even the entire website template itself!) before making any changes. Drag the original pages in the “not linked” section (delete them after your website is live if desired) so that you have the original template version saved in case you want to start fresh with your edits.
